A mysterious disappearance

Léon Rouvenat is acclaimed by the profession and customers. He accumulated gold medals and the insignia of the Legion of Honor. But its aura fades with the death of the creator, for lack of an heir. The First World War arrived, and one of the greatest names in world of jewelry disappeared... for a time.

An extraordinary discovery

In 2022, the name Leon Rouvenat is finally reunited with his historical archives. More than 3,000 period gouaches, grouped together in 12 leather-bound notebooks in perfect condition, were found in a Parisian antique shop. The circle is complete, the Maison can relaunch itself on solid foundations and continue to share its new vision of luxury and beauty.

Inspired designs

Past, present, future: the cycle of creation. Rouvenat's creations are inspired by our archives. Re-invented by Sandrine de Laage, they give the iconic "Bijou Rosace" of the time a new breath full of meaning, symbols and hope. The pieces are made of recycled gold and silver, in continuity of the 19th century jewelry tradition. They highlight eco-creation: the jewel adapts to the gem, and not the other way around.
