Guarantees

You can return or exchange your jewelry free of charge for 15 days. Some conditions apply:

The piece must be in perfect condition and not bear any trace of use. It will be examined before our final acceptance of the return.

The jewel has not already been returned a first time, notably for sizing.

The order was placed within the European Union. If the order was placed outside the EU, charges (shipping or customs) may apply on a case by case basis. 

Note that the insurance costs are borne by Rouvenat. Please make sure to keep the shipping proof of your return parcel.

Rouvenat offers you several possibilities to receive your jewel in complete safety:

UPS delivery : The package is insured by us, so no worries! UPS delivery times generally vary between 24 and 72 hours depending on the destination.

Courier delivery: available for Paris and its immediate suburbs. Let us know the time slot that suits you best and we take care of everything! Delivery by courier is available from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 7pm.

Pick-up at 416, rue St Honoré : we will set up an appointment with you when your jewel is ready.

All Rouvenat jewelry comes with a digital certificate of authenticity recorded in our Blockchain.

All Rouvenat stones are untreated and certified by our expert gemologists.

All gemstones over 1 carat are certified by an independent laboratory.

The Rouvenat maison guarantees payment security via the strictest protocols. Several methods of payment are accepted: credit card or bank transfer.
