Some data is essential to provide you with the service you have subscribed to and/or the product you have purchased on our site. Please note that payment information is not collected by us but directly by the payment service providers. Our payment service provider, Stripe, collects and processes your bank details for the strict purposes of payment. This provider is PCI-DSS certified. This standard is an international security standard whose objectives are to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of cardholder data, and thus to secure the protection of card and transaction data.

Do you need to transfer data about me? For which reasons?

Within the framework of our activities, we have recourse to the services provided by several specialized companies, subcontractors or co-processors of the processing of your data (mailing services, push notifications, customer relationship management, access and customer identity management, audience analysis, payment), the list of which can be communicated to the persons concerned on request to serviceclient@rouvenat.com

In this context, we contractually ensure the compliance of the use of your personal information and the security standards used by these companies.
